With over a decade of experience in mortgage lending followed by 14 successful years as a licensed realtor, Kari offers her clients a well-rounded, knowledgeable, and highly capable advocate throughout every step of the buying or selling process. Her previous roles in emergency medical services and medical sales have sharpened her ability to multitask under pressure, think critically, and provide exceptional care—skills that now serve her well in the fast-paced world of real estate.

Kari’s greatest strength lies in building genuine relationships with her clients. She’s especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, guiding them with care, clarity, and enthusiasm toward one of the most exciting milestones of their lives. Her clients appreciate her drive to “fix things” and solve problems, whether navigating complex financing or helping them find the perfect home. Her multitasking abilities are unmatched—she juggles deadlines, negotiations, and client needs with ease, all while making the experience enjoyable and personalized.

Originally from Dallas/ Fort Worth, Kari moved to Austin two years ago and now brings her talents to the Central Texas market, specializing in helping clients make confident, informed real estate decisions. While still settling into her new community, Kari recently began volunteering and has a heartfelt desire to support Austin’s homeless population, where she sees the greatest need.

When she’s not working with clients, Kari enjoys decorating, gardening, cooking, and baking—often with her dogs close by. She finds joy in creating beautiful spaces and cherishes time spent with her pets and loved ones.
