“First off, Alan is an amazing realtor. I can not begin to describe the differences between him an every other realtor that we came across. Every time that we decided to work with someone, or worked up the courage to speak to a realtor about looking for a home, we always got the same first set of questions, like:-Are you pre-approved? -How much money do you have?-What will you put down?After we finally answered all of the off-putting question that were asked, it was like every real estate agent that we dealt with was trying to have us close on every home that we went to see. Even when it was obvious that we weren’t crazy about said homes.After beginning to feel like these were prerequisites to the home buying process, and something that we would never be able to escape, we decided to put the home buying search on hold for a bit.After a few weeks had passed we saw a property that we liked and decided to call the listing agent.
